Lassmedia will work on any up-to-date, modern device. Smartphones and tablets with either Apple or Android operating systems should work perfectly, and so should your desktop computer or laptop. You should also be able to use most e-readers with built-in word browsers.

After cancelling your membership, a confirmation will be sent to the email address used in the creation of your account. To update this email, please contact a live representative, or submit a request through a request on our contact form. If you haven’t received confirmation, kindly follow up with a support representative and check your spam/junk mail for the confirmation message.

Upon successfully cancelling your membership and receiving a cancellation email, there should not be any further charges. If you suspect an error has occurred, please immediately contact us so the matter can be resolved.
At any time, you can decide to cancel your membership. Once you have successfully canceled your membership, you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your term, but you will not receive any additional billing.

Refund eligibility:
  1. If you’ve experienced severe technical issues, fraudulent activity on your account, or erroneous billing.
  2. You may also be eligible if the website falls short of your expectations.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours, and a confirmation message will be sent to the email on file. Your refund or credit will be processed in 3 to 7 business days. Please get in touch toll-free at 1-855-549-1871 for more information about our refund policy.
